1. Order Processing Time
Because our skincare products are customized for each customer, we begin processing your order shortly after it is placed.
For this reason, cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, the production process begins and the order can no longer be canceled.
2. How to Cancel

The item is already delivered
