1. Customized Products
All of our skincare products are made based on your unique quiz responses and cannot be resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and, if approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Product arrives damaged or defective

Order not received due to our error

Duplicate charge or payment

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase

Dissatisfaction with product results (due to the personal nature of skincare)

Incorrect quiz answers provided by the customer
